Welcome to Completing the Circle, The Career Foundation’s Employment Placement Program.
The Career Foundation is a dynamic and innovative non-profit organization, now celebrating our 20th year in operation. Completing the Circle (CTC) serves all job seekers and assists them in their quest for meaningful employment. We provide job seekers with individualized support in understanding their skills, identifying their place in the labour market and recognizing their possible contributions to employers.
While job search is the focus of the program, CTC fosters an environment conducive to the development of life and employability skills. Such training ensures that each job seeker is equipped with marketable skills to contribute to their workplace and retain full-time employment.
CTC also works in partnership with employers to augment their hiring practices by coordinating successful placements of skilled and motivated professionals.
As part of our proactive efforts to remain responsive to the Ontario Labour Market, CTC collaborates with Community Partners, Governmental Bodies and other Stakeholders to ensure the success of those we serve – Job Seekers, Employers and the Community at Large.
